Volume of the cube $=(side{)}^3=6\times 6\times 6c{m}^3$

∴ Number of small cubes $=\frac{Volumeofthecuboid}{volumeofthecube}$
$=\frac{60\times 54\times 30}{6\times 6\times 6}=450$

Hence, the number of required the cubes are 450.
