Upon observing the wire LN we find that the shape of the wire is symmetrical with respect to the horizontal wire, AB.


The effective length vector LN joining points L and N will be passing through the mid-point of section AB due to symmetry of shape

AO=OB=62=3 cm

Thus, LO=ON=32+42=5 cm=5×102m

From the figure angle between LAN and B is 90

Using relation:

|F|=|i(LAN×B)|=BiLANsin90

F=BiLAN

F=5×10×(2L0)=50×(2×5×102)
