Current = I = 0.5A

Time = t = 10minutes
= 10 × 60seconds
= 600 seconds

Let total charge flown = Q

We know that: I = Q/t
or, Q = I × t
or, Q = 0.5 × 600 C
or, Q = 300 Coulombs

Therefore, amount of electric charge that flows through circuit is 300 Coulombs.
