The correct option is C +4
Resistance of PRQ=10Ω.
Resistance of PSQ=10Ω.
Current at P divides equally along PRQ and PSQ.
Current along PRQ=1A and current along PSQ=1A.
(VPVR)=(Current 1)×(resistance 3)=3 volt ........(i)
(VPVS)=1×7=7 volt ........(ii)
Now subtract (i) from (ii)
(VPVS)(VPVR)=73, or VRVS=+4 volt.
