The correct option is C+4 Resistance of PRQ=10Ω. Resistance of PSQ=10Ω. ∴ Current at P divides equally along PRQ and PSQ. ∴ Current along PRQ=1A and current along PSQ=1A. (VP−VR)=(Current 1)×(resistance 3)=3 volt ........(i) (VP−VS)=1×7=7 volt ........(ii) Now subtract (i) from (ii) (VP−VS)−(VP−VR)=7−3, or VR−VS=+4 volt.
