The correct option is B +1
As the equivalent resistances are equal in parallel branches, current will be divided equally.
Now, from the circuit above, we get
VAVC=iR=1×3=3 V....(i)
Similarly,
VBVC=1×2=2 V.....(ii)

Substracting equation (i) and (ii),
VAVB=32=1 V
