The correct option is B 9 V
Current will distribute equally in the 2 resistors, as they are identical.​
So, current through each resistor, I=62=3 A
Using Ohm’s Law,
V=IR
V=3 A×3 Ω=9 V

Alternative solution:​
Finding equivalent resistance,​
1Req=1R1+1R2
1Req=13+13
Req=32=1.5 Ω
Using ohm’s law,​
V=IReq
V=6 A×1.5 Ω=9 V
The same potential difference will appear across each resistor as they are in parallel.​
