The correct option is A North to South
Maxwell's Right Hand Thumb Rule states that if one holds the wire carrying current in the right hand so that the thumb points along the wire in the direction of the current, then the fingers will encircle the wire in the direction of the lines of magnetic force.
Now curl the fingers around with thumb pointing east to west. Then the direction of magnetic field below the wire is from north to south.
