The correct option is D 200 m

By the free body diagram and writing the force equation we get,

Ncosθ=mg ...(i)
Nsinθ=mv2r ...(ii)
Now by dividing both the above equations, we get,

θ=tan1(v2rg)
Condition for banked road is,
tanθ=v2rg, therefore, when speed v is doubled and θ remains the same we have
(2v)2rgv2rg=1 r=4r
New radius of curvature should be
r=4r=4×50=200 m
