Speed of the cyclist = $\frac{\mathrm{Distance}\mathrm{travelled}\mathrm{by}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{cyclist}\mathrm{in}\mathrm{one}\mathrm{round}}{\mathrm{Time}\mathrm{taken}\mathrm{to}\mathrm{complete}\mathrm{one}\mathrm{round}}$

Distance travelled in one round = $2\pi R$

Time taken to complete one round = 2 minutes = 120 seconds

$\therefore \mathrm{Speed}=\frac{2\times {\displaystyle \frac{22}{7}}\times 105\mathrm{m}}{120\mathrm{s}}=5.5\mathrm{m}/\mathrm{s}$
