The distance traveled in 1 hour= 14.4 km/hr = 1440000 cm/hr =1440000/3600 cm /sec

= 400 cm in 1 sec

the formula for the length of the arc, when the angle in radians and radius are given is

I = rθ
using this formula and the given values

θ = 400/35 = 80/7 radians
