A cylinder rolls in a horizontal plane having centre velocity 25 m/s. At its age the velocity is due to its rotation as well as due to its linear motion and this two velocities are same and act in the same direction (v = rω). Therefore, Net velocity at VA = Vc+rω = 25 + 25 = 50 m/s
