The correct option is B Rs.148500

Here, $r = 70 c m, h = 2 m = 200 c m$
Total surface area of given block = $2 π r (h + r)$
$= 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 70 (200 + 70)$
$= 440 \times 270 = 118800 c m^{2}$
The cost of painting the wooden block $= R s . 1.25 \times 118800 = R s . 148500$
Hence, the correct answer is option (b)
