Radius of outer cylinder, r1=1.6 cm=0.016 m

Radius of inner cylinder, r2=1.5 cm=0.015m

Charge on the inner cylinder, q=3.5 µC=3.5×106 C

Capacitance of the system, C=2πϵ0l2.303 log10ba=2×π×8.854×1012×0.22.303×log100.0160.015=1.7×1010 F
