The correct option is B 45
We know
Volume of cylinder V=πr2h
If k be the thickness of the sides then that of the top will be 54k

S=(πrh)k+(πr2)54

Or S=2πr.Vpir2k+54πr2k

=k(2Vr+54πr2)

We have taken into consideration the actual material used and not as in last question in which the base was made from a square sheet thus wasting the material

dSdr=k(2Vr2+52πr)(5π+52)=+ve

where r3=4V5π

Or 5πr3=4πr2h
