Radius $= \frac{0.5}{2} = 0.25 m$
height of cylindrical pillar $= 3.5 m$

CSA of cylinder $= 2 π r h = 2 \times 3.14 \times 3.5 \times 0.25$

Area $= 5.5 m^{2}$

Given cost of point to $1 m^{2} = 12.50 R s .$

total cost $= 12.5 \times 5.5$

total cost $= 68.75 R s .]$
