The curved surface area of the pillar

$=2\pi rh$

$=2\times \frac{22}{7}\times \frac{50}{2\times 100}\times 3.5$

$=5.5m^2$

cost of $5.5m^2$ area $=Rs.12.5\times 5.5=Rs.68.75$
