${\left(\frac{{\sigma }_c}{E}(1-\frac{\mu }{2})\right)}_{cylinder}={\left(\frac{{\sigma }_c}{E}\right(1-\mu \left)\right)}_{sphere}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{t_c}{t_s}=\frac{2-mu}{1-mu}$
