Height of water $=3m$

If height is $4.5m$ then let the volume be $v$

Increase in volume of cylinder $\left(v\right)=\frac{22}{7}\times r^2\times (H-h)$

Increase in volume of cylinder $\left(v\right)=\frac{22}{7}\times 1.54\times 1.54\times (4.5-3)$

Increase in volume of cylinder $\left(v\right)=\frac{22}{7}\times 2.3716\times 1.5$

Increase in volume of cylinder $\left(v\right)=22\times 0.3388\times 1.5$

Increase in volume of cylinder $\left(v\right)=11.1804m^3$
