Diameter=1.4m
Radius=r1=1.42=0.7m
Height =h1=2.1=2110m

Consider the cylindrical pipe:
Diameter=3.5cm=3510cm=72cm
Radius=r2=74cm=7400m
Speed =h2=2mper sec

Time taken to fill the tank=VolumeofcylindricaltankVolumeofcylindricalpipe

=πr21h1πr22h2

=π×710×710×2110π×7400×7400×2

=710×710×2110×4007×4007×12

=1680secs

=168060minutes

=28minutes
