As it is Given that
A dealer bought $50$ quintals of wheat at the rate of $₹ 800$ per quintal also He had paid $₹ 400$ as octroi charges and $₹ 600$ as transportation charges.
So,Total Cost Price = $₹ 800$ $+$ $₹ 800$ $+$ $₹ 600$ $= R s 2200$
As Selling Price is $₹ 750$
Here Cost Price is Greater than Selling Price so Dealer has Loss.
Now, $L o s s = C o s t p r i c e - S e l l i n g P r i c e$
i.e Loss= $R s . 2200 - R s . 750 = R s . 1450$
Hence Dealer has a loss of $R s . 1450$
