S.P of briefcase at a loss of $8\%=\frac{100-8}{100}\times 800$
$=\frac{92}{100}\times 800=₹736$

S.P after further reduction by $5\%=\frac{100-5}{100}\times 736=₹699.20$

$\therefore$, selling price of the briefcase is ₹699.20.
