(a) Heat is an energy which flows between the bodies at different temperatures. SI unit of heat energy is Joule.

(b) Temperature is defined as the degree of hotness or coldness of a body. SI unit of temperature is kelvin. other units used to measure temperature are degree celsius and degree fahrenheit.

(c) Range of clinical thermometer is from 35 degree celsius to 42 degree celsius and range of laboratory thermometer is from -10 degree celsius to 110 degree celsius
