The correct option is C 10.62 kHz

Given: μ=0.6, R=100 kΩ, C=250×1012 F

Frequency, f=12πμτ
For a combination of resistance and capacitance, τ=RC
Therefore, frequency can be given as:
f=12πμRC

τ=RC=100×103×250×1012 sec
=2.5×107×1012 sec
=2.5×105 sec

The higher frequency which can be detected with tolerable distortion is
f=12πμτ =12π×0.6×2.5×105
=10.61 kHz

Hence, option (B) is correct.
