Solution

The correct option is D 12.5%

Let his good contains 1 Kg

Its actual weight is 20% of 1000 gm =800 gm

Let C.P. of each gm be Rs. 1

Then C.P of 800 gm = Rs. 800

S.P. =90% of C.P. of 1 kg = 90100×1000= Rs. 900

Profit =900800= Rs. 100
profit %= 100800×100=12.5%
