Let the cost price of $C$
Let the ratio of milk to water be $1 : x$
Then according to question, $C \times$ ( $x + 1$ ) = $C \times \frac{114 + \frac{2}{7}}{100}$
Solving we get x = ( $14 + \frac{2}{7}$ ) $\times \frac{1}{100}$ = $\frac{1}{7}$
So milk to water ratio is $7 : 1$
Thus mixture to milk ratio = $8 : 7$
