Let CP of goods for $1kg=1000g=RsC$
Then CP of $900g=Rs\frac{900C}{1000}=\frac{9C}{10}$
And SP of $900g$ goods $=$ CP of $1000g$ of goods $=RsC$
So, $Profit$ % $=\frac{SP-CP}{CP}\times 100=\frac{C-\frac{9C}{10}}{\frac{9C}{10}}\times 100=\frac{1}{9}\times 100=11\frac{1}{9}$ %
