The correct option is C Her weight on the cliff is about the same
Weight of an object ,of mass ,m is given by ,
W=mg ,
We can see that weight (gravitational pull by earth ) doesn't depend upon height of object from earth , therefore weight will be same on cliff . Though value of g decreases with height hence weight but for the given heights (as they are negligible , compared to radius of earth ) , g is almost constant .
