Given, length of door $=2m$

breadth of door $=1m$

Area of door $=2\times 1=2m^2$

and, length of wall $=4.5m$

breadth of wall $=3.6m$

Area of wall $=4.5\times 3.6=16.2m^2$

So, area of wall for white washing $=16.2-2=14.2m^2$

So, the cost of white washing $=14.2\times 20=Rs.284$.
