a) The above given figure shows the diagram of the human male reproductive system.
b) i) Vas deferens is a tube-like structure which conducts the spermatozoa from the epididymis to the penis. Vasa efferentia connects the rete testis to the epididymis.
(ii) Spermatogenesis is the process of production of sperms from immature germ cells in males. The number of cells is increased as each spermatogonium produces four spermatids. This makes a diploid cell, haploid.
Whereas spermiogenesis is the process of transformation of a circular spermatid to motile spermatozoa. There are no changes in the number of cells as only one spermatid develops into spermatozoa. There is no effect on the genetic material of the germ cells.
