Solution

A dress sold at 10%% discount but
still profit is 12.5%
The marked price in tag is =1250 Rs.
selling price of dress =1250-125
[SP=1135 Rs]
Profit =12.5%
we know profit =SPCPCP×100
12.5=(spcp1)×100
1+0.125=SPCP
CP=11351.125=1008.8Rs
