$1 \frac{2}{3}$ for one meal
$\Rightarrow 1$ meal $= \frac{5}{3}$ breads
For $2$ meals $= \frac{5}{3} \times 2$ breads $= \frac{10}{3} \approx 3.33$
$∴$ $3$ breads are not enough for $2$ meals.
