Taking clockwise rotation as ve.
Given,
Initial angular velocity,
ω1=60 rad/sec
Final angular velocity,
ω2=110 rad/sec, t=2 sec
Angular acceleration α=ω2ω1t
α=(110)(60)2
α=25 rad/sec2

So, angular acceration of fan blades is 25 rad/sec2 in clockwise direction.
