We have,

We know that,

$\mathrm{Area}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{square}=\mathrm{side}\times \mathrm{side}$

$\mathrm{Area}\mathrm{of}\mathrm{the}\mathrm{square}\mathrm{field}=150\times 150=22,500{\mathrm{m}}^2$

∴The farmer have to plough $22,500{\mathrm{m}}^2$ area.
