For two scales of temperature
$\frac{C-0}{100-0}=\frac{Reading}{UFP-LFP}-LFP$
where LFP and UFP are lower and upper fixed points on the scale
$\therefore \frac{C}{100}=\frac{59-5}{95-5}=\frac{54}{90}=0.6$
$\Rightarrow C=0.6\times 100={60}^o$
