A field is 60 m long and 40 m wide. What is the ratio between its length and perimeter. What is the value of the denominator - numerator in their lowest form.

Perimeter of the field = 2( length + breadth ) =2(60+40)=200m
Ratio of length and perimeter of the field =60m:200m

Simplifying it by dividing by 20, we get the ratio =3:10

Thus , the value of denominator - numerator =7
