So If AD and CB = $x$
Then, DC and BA =$x+75$
Perimeter = AD + DC + CB + BA
$450=x+x+75+x+x+75$
$450=4x+150$
$450-150$ = $4x$
$300=4x$
$x$ = $\frac{300}{4}$
$x$= $75$
$\therefore$ Side = $75m$
$\therefore$ Opposite side = $x+75$ = $75+75$
The answer is $150m$
