Step : 1 Subtract minimum entry in each row from all the entries in that now.
Step 2: Subtract minimum entry in each column from all entries of that column
Draw a minimum number of horizontal and vertical lines to cover all zero. This can be done in 2 lines. This solution is not fixed.
From uncovered entries the minimum is 3. Thus subtract 3 from all the entries, which are uncovered. Add 3 at the junction of lines.
