the flag

⃗vsteamer/water=10√3ms−1 towards North

⃗vwater=5ms−1 towards East

⃗vwind=5ms−1 towards East

(Assume the wind does not affect the steamer)
i saw the answer i didnt understand the following sentence
velocity of flag in the absence of wind is the velocity of flag wrt wind .this will be opposite to the velocity of the steamer

∴⃗vflag in the absence of wind (in steamer ) is the velocity of flag w.r.t wind. This will be opposite to the velocity of the steamer.

here in the question it is written that velocity does not effect the steamer but it will affect the flag.
