A floor 10 m long and 8 m broad is to be paved with square tiles of side 0.5m.Find the number of tiles required.?

area of one tile = 0.5 x 0.5 = 0.25
area of floor = 10 x 8 = 80

no of tiles required = 80/0.25 = 320
