Let AB be the distance travelled by body when the force was acting and BC be the distance travelled in absence of force.
For BC:
Using second equation of motion SBC=vBt+12at2 ⇒160=vB×8 (∵ acceleration =0) ⇒vB=20m/s
For AB: vB=u+at 20=0+a×10 ⇒a=2m/s2 ∴F=ma=100×2=200N
