Given: Force, F=10 N
Mass, m=1 kg
Time, t=2 s
Initial velocity, u=0 (since the object is initially at rest)
Let the acceleration be a and work done be W.
We know that, F=m×a
10=1×a
a=10ms1
Substituting the value of a in second equation of motion,
s=ut+12at2
s=0+12at2
s=12×10×(2)2=20 m
Work done, W=F×s
W=10×20=200 J
