$V=\frac{22}{7}{\times 1.5}^2\times 14$
$V=99c{m}^3$
As $1$ cc $=1$ ml
$99c{m}^3=99$ ml
As $99$ ml ink can write $3600$ words
So, $220$ ml of ink can write $=3600\times \frac{220}{99}=8000$ words.
