Open in App
Solution

Given, S.P of 4 oranges =Rs3
And for these 4 oranges, Profit =50 %
So, Profit % =S.P.C.P.C.P.×100=50
=>3C.PC.P×100=50
=>3C.P.=0.5C.P.
=>1.5C.P.=3
C.P.=2
Hence, cost of 4 oranges =Rs2
And cost of 1 orange =Rs24=Rs0.50
And S.P. of 1 orange =Rs34=Rs0.75
So, profit per orange S.P.C.P.=Rs0.75Rs0.50=Rs0.25
