The correct option is C B, D
In full wave rectifier, in first half of input signal diode $D_{1}$ will be in circuit and in other half of input signal diode $D_{2}$ will be in circuit. Thus, in the output first and third peaks are due to first diode and second and fourth peaks are due to second diode.
