The relation between vm c and λ are, vλ=c
for small changes in v and λ,
v=Δvv=Δλλ

As Δλ=589.6589.0=+0.6nm

Therefore using doppler shift δvv=Δλλ=vradialc
vradial=+c(0.6589.0)

+3.06×105ms1= 306kms1

Therefore , the galaxy is moving away from us.
