Total number of all possible outcomes $=30$.
Since required (favourable) outcomes are: $16,25$ and $36$
$\therefore$ The number of favourable outcomes $=3$.
$\therefore P$ (A perfect square) $=\frac{3}{30}=\frac{1}{10}$.
