D= diameter of hose =2.0 cm
v= speed of water in hose =90 cm/s
d= diameter of each hole =0.125 cm
and number of holes, n=24
If v is the velocity of water flowing out of each holes then,
volume of water entering the hose per second is equal to the volume of the water leaving out per second through the holes:
πD24×v=nπd24×v
v=D2vnd2=22×9024×(0.125)2
