Given:
Area of garden = $\frac{3}{11}$ hectares
Area of each part = $\frac{1}{66}$ hectares

We know,
Area of garden = Number of parts × Area of a part

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{3}{11}$ = n × $\frac{1}{66}$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{3}{11}$ ÷ $\frac{1}{66}$ = n × $\frac{1}{66}$ ÷ $\frac{1}{66}$

$\Rightarrow$ $\frac{3}{11}$ × $\frac{66}{1}$ = n

$\Rightarrow$ n = 18
