According to the problem :-
Given that
V1=100ml and V2=250ml
Pressure P=2 atm or 2×1.01×105Nm2
Hence,
W=ΔPV
Implies that
(W=P(V2V1)
Putting all values in above equation, we have
W=2×1.01×105(0.250×1030.100×103)
Implies that
=2×1.01×105×.15×103
=30.38 joule
