Here, C=37.55J mole1K1; and
PT=K(constant) .(i)
According to standard gas equation
PV=RT or P=RT/V
From (i), RTV×T=K or V=RT2K
dVdT=2RTK
But TK=1P from eqn.(i), therefore, dVdT=2RP (ii)
As, C=Cv+PdVdT, therefore, using (ii)
C=Cv+P×2RP=Cv+2R or CvC=2R
As, Cv=n2R
n2R=C2R or n=2(C2R)R=2(37.552×8.3)8.3=5
